Tailor&Fox – your HR Business Partner – on behalf of a leading multinational company, specialized in home mobility and accessibility solutions, is looking for the following profile:

GENERAL MANAGER FRANCE B2C

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and further developing the business in the French market, playing a key role in driving growth and strengthening the company’s positioning within the B2C segment.

Key responsabilities:

· Full responsibility for the P&L and overall performance of the French business

· Define and implement commercial and marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility, lead generation, and conversion rates

· Oversee marketing, contact center, field sales, and operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience

· Develop and optimize customer acquisition strategies, CRM, and data-driven marketing initiatives

· Continuously monitor market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities

· Lead, develop, and motivate the local team, ensuring alignment with group guidelines

· Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards

Requirements:

· Proven experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably within B2C environments

· Strong track record in P&L management and results-driven mindset

· Experience in developing direct marketing and sales strategies

· Background in services, installation, or technical operations is considered a plus

· Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills

· Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus
