Tailor&Fox, International Headhunting firm, is supporting a Multinational Leader in automation systems for the B2C market, specialized in equipment installation, maintenance and service to end customers.

COUNTRY BUSINESS LEADER - B2C SECTOR
The Country Manager will be responsible for leading and expanding the Italian business, with full accountability for operations and results. The role requires a strong commercial orientation towards the B2C market and proven experience in companies delivering products and installation services directly to private customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for business management and results in Italy (P&L, balance sheet, KPIs).
- Define and implement the commercial and strategic development plan for the Italian market, ensuring alignment with HQ.
- Lead and inspire the sales and operational teams, with a clear focus on growth in B2C channels.
- Ensure the effectiveness of installation, service, and maintenance processes at customer sites.
- Develop and optimize marketing, sales and communication strategies aimed at private clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer satisfaction, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Guarantee compliance with all local legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- It is an essential requirement a solid track record in managing and growing businesses oriented to B2C customers.
- Strong Sales and Marketing background in a business to consumer environment.
- Proven experience in companies providing installation, maintenance and service at end-customer level (e.g. consumer equipment, home automation, household systems, etc.).
- Strong leadership, team management and motivational skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
- Experience in developing and implementing direct marketing and sales strategies targeting private clients.
- Fluency in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
